It was a pleasure to meet Consultant Surgeon Mr Gidon Ellis who was both extremely professional and empathetic in relation to my condition. Mr Ellis took the time to fully explain the various treatments available both in terms of medication and surgery to manage my condition, and to explain the pros and cons of the each of the options.

I could not get greater care. He explained things exactly, he repeated anything that I was unclear about. He told me all my options. He has come up with a care package that I am more than happy with. I couldn't have better care and am totally happy to be under the care of Mr Gidon Ellis.

I had a cystoscopy under Mr Gidon Ellis, consultant urologist. Mr Ellis's team were very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable and well-informed when I arrived.
Mr Ellis discussed with me my symptoms and the procedure in-depth. Mr Ellis made me feel very comfortable and well informed before carrying out the procedure. The cystoscopy itself was carried out very well. During the whole procedure, Mr Ellis kept me informed of what he was seeing and doing on the screen. I felt the procedure was done very well.
Post-procedure, Mr Ellis really took the time to discussed his findings and results of the cystoscopy at depth. He even discussed previous tests with me to give me further peace of mind. I found him to be very caring.
Throughout the whole process, Mr Ellis and his team made me feel comfortable, safe and well informed. They were very professional and the post-procedure service was excellent.
I would wholly recommend the medical services of Mr Gidon Ellis and his team !

Dr Ellis and his Endoscopy nurse were relaxed and friendly but totally professional throughout my examination. I felt totally confident that they were providing an excellent standard of Covid safety as well as medical competence.
The whole experience was straight forward, calm and efficient and I am grateful for their care and expertise.

Mr Gidon Ellis is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
He has a broad general urology practice with specialist interests in kidney stones, male lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and laser prostate surgery (HoLEP). He also specialises in the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of urothelial cancers in the bladder and upper urinary tracts.
He is a core member of the bladder cancer, renal cancer and stone MDTs. He has served as faculty member on various national and international workshops and masterclasses in both stone management and HoLEP surgery.
Beyond offering clinical excellence and surgical expertise Mr Ellis' practice focuses on holistic, evidence-based care to all, with the patient at the centre of the consultation and any decision-making process.
